That is what our Adoption agency just email me...I am so excited!
People sometimes think that words don't mean much, but let me remind you that God SPOKE and the Universe was put into motion and light was obedient to HIM! How much more so will the Holy Spirit move to make His plans come to fruition!
Thank you Father for the paperwork getting there with no problem.
