Prayer in Progress!

I have never written a blog before and have started this paragraph over and over again as not to write the wrong words.  I guess if I keep that up we will never get anywhere!  I started this blog a few months ago and then only put one post on it then left the blog alone; I didn't know why I would have a blog in the first place.  Now I know why our family should have a blog... Rick and I are currently praying for a little girl that we feel might be a missing part of our family.  I have looked at many orphans before and I pray for everyone I see to find their forever family, but I can't get her out of my thoughts.  In the mean time as she did catch my eye, I requested more information on her and waited.  Two weeks seems like FOREVER when you want to find out about a child who could be in God's plans for your family!  I had already told Rick, Megan and I were praying for her forever family, not realizing that she might be ours.  Then it hit me...I think she is a part of our family.  I felt the Lord tell me to wait to speak to Rick about this part until I had more information about her.  Now that I have the information, we are all praying for her as a family.  We can't wait to see what the Lord has planned...
